California Air Resources Board Proposed Advanced Clean Cars Regulations - 4/12/22
CARB has proposed a plan, which will be reviewed by the board on June 9th, to have 100% EV sales by 2035, and 35% sales by 2026. This plan also calls for an 8-year battery warranty and creating required data parameters and standardization specifically on battery state of health. This plan continues the trend of California leading the nation on electrification initiatives.
