Tesla and Panasonic are reportedly working on a deal for a new multibillion-dollar battery factory in Oklahoma while the state legislature and Governor are pushing to approve $700M in incentives for a project they won't name. Oklahoma Gov. Stitt announced that the state is nearing in on securing a "multibillion dollar investment" but did not name the company, he did allude that this was related to the EV industry.
