16 states, the UAW, and five environmental groups have launched a legal challenge against USPS because they are saying it broke the law by ordering thousands of new gasoline trucks over EVs. USPS has come under fire for the past several months because of its decision to order new gasoline trucks while only investing marginally in EVs, through Oshkosh. This lawsuit comes after pushback from Congress and Biden Admin on the USPS' decision.
