FTA announced that applications are now open for $1.1B in competitive grants for the Low or No Emission Grant Program, aka Low-No Program. There is an additional $372M in the Grants for Buses and Bus Facilities Program now available. These programs finance the replacement of diesel buses with low or zero-emission buses.
