Washington state has passed a bill through its legislature and Gov. Inslee has signed off on it to ban most non-EVs by 2030. This bill says that vehicles MY2030 and later that sold, purchased, or registered in Washington must be EVs. The interagency EV coordinating council will complete a scoping plan for achieving this goal by the end of 2023.
