Most EVs on the road today are running on 400 volts, but reports are saying that there will be a majority shift to 800 volts by 2025 because of the faster charging speeds and lower charging times. Currently only Audi, Porsche, Hyundai, and Kia sell 800 volt EVs, while Lucid Air has a 900 volt architecture.
