General Motors and Honda have announced that they will be working together to develop a new series of affordable electric vehicles, costing less than $30,000. To complete this project they will lean on GM's work with Ultium battery technology. This partnership is expected to begin delivering vehicles in 2027. The offerings will include compact crossover vehicles.
