The Tesla brand is attracting more and more Republicans 2/25/22
Republicans are beginning to express more interest in the electric vehicle market, a space historically embraced by Democrats. A new survey found that in January 22% of Democrats were considering buying a Tesla, while 17% of Republicans were. Republican consideration of buying a Tesla has risen about 3 points since December’s survey. The survey also found Republicans are slightly more likely to trust the Tesla brand, 27% compared to 25% among Democrats.
